2007 thru my eyes
Photographically, it has been great. Here's a selection of photographs, and a message... after the jump.
It has been a great year. Like everybody else, I've had some ups, some downs, but in the end I'm still alive, so I'm thankful for that. Academically, it hasn't been too bad, with the photography class, the nights spent compiling media research data, some more nights on the radio capsule edit, lots of writing. Design-wise, it has been great too - newspaper design, and web design.
Didn't go overseas at all, but had lots of swimming time in return, and I've been to many places. MacRitchie Reservoir, Singapore Botanic Gardens, Punggol Fields, East Coast Park - all seem like a second home - with the companions being the trusty D80, Kaiwen, and sometimes Renyuan.
Work-front has been fantastic. SPH has been very nice and with Omy up, there's so much to do. Learnt how to edit fast, and I believe uploading The Straits Times and The New Paper has become like second-nature. It takes less time to complete the job everytime. And I'll be working tomorrow. Sigh.
